Step 3: Plan Your Site

Once we have determined the goals of your Brightfield project, we can begin to design and engineer your Brightfield. Our team of experienced site planners and engineers. Although our Brightfields are generally pre-engineered, there will be many site-specific details that need to be addressed. For instance, right-of-ways, ADA criteria, overhead and underground utilities, and traffic laws and zoning regulations will all factor into final product.

During this process, we will provide renderings and drawings of your new Brightfield project to your team. Once the final design has been approved, we will stamp and seal drawings, and finalize the budget, to begin your local permitting process. At any level, we can dovetail with your professional services to expedite the process, and maximize your resources.
